Accessibility

The Department attempts to make our Web site accessible to all visitors. If you are unable to access any information or utilize any electronic service on our site, please call 1-(866)-592-4640 or email us at accessibility@labor.ny.gov with a description of your accessibility issue. Your issue will be referred to appropriate Labor Department staff and, where feasible, we will provide you with an alternate means of access to the requested material.

New York State’s policy is to provide language access to public services and programs to people who may have limited English proficiency. Read more about Language Access. If you feel that we have not provided you with adequate interpretation services or have denied you an available translated document, please submit our language access complaint form to give us your feedback.
